Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Clutch Line ("Clutch Line", "we", "us"), including the website at https://clutchline.io and the Discord alerts it sends. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use Clutch Line.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old, or the legal age for sports betting where you live if that is higher, to use Clutch Line. You are responsible for making sure that using Clutch Line, and any betting you do, is legal where you are.

2. What Clutch Line is, and isn't

Clutch Line sends notifications to Discord when NBA players reach statistical milestones you choose. It is an information tool. It is not betting, financial or professional advice, and we don't take, place or facilitate bets.

Game data comes from third-party providers. Alerts can be delayed, missed, duplicated or inaccurate, for example when a data feed is late or corrected, when Discord is unavailable, or during maintenance. We don't guarantee that any alert will be sent, sent on time, or be correct. Any decision you make, including any bet, is your own, at your own risk.

Clutch Line is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NBA, its teams, or any sportsbook.

3. Your account

Keep your login details secure and tell us about any unauthorized use. You're responsible for activity on your account and for the Discord webhooks you connect. Don't share or resell access, scrape or overload the service, or use it to break the law or anyone else's rules (including Discord's).

4. Plans, billing and renewal

• Paid plans (Pro $19.99/month, Elite $39.99/month, in USD unless shown otherwise at checkout) are billed in advance and renew automatically every month until cancelled. Applicable taxes may be added.
• Free trial: first-time subscribers can try Pro or Elite free for 7 days. A card is required. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged that plan's monthly price and the plan renews monthly. One trial per customer.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Upgrades take effect immediately; you're charged the prorated difference for the rest of your current billing period.
• Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your current plan until then.
• We may change prices with at least 14 days' notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel any time from Billing → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then and won't be charged again.

Payments are non-refundable, and we don't give refunds or credits for partial months or unused time, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@clutchline.io before disputing the charge with your bank, and we'll look into it promptly.

6. Changes to the service

We may add, change or remove features, limits or data sources. Features described as "coming soon" are not guaranteed. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being abused.

7. Limitation of liability

Clutch Line is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and we are not liable for any betting losses or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Clutch Line. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Responsible gambling

Only bet what you can afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, take a break and get support: in Alberta, the 24-hour Addiction Helpline at 1-866-332-2322; in the United States, 1-800-GAMBLER; elsewhere, your local problem gambling helpline.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date, and for significant changes we'll notify you by email or on the site. Continuing to use Clutch Line after changes take effect means you accept them.

10. Governing law and contact
